Here are some shots from the concept of a modern neighborhood with low-rise buildings.  

We wanted to show the buildings from their best angles, so in the visualization above, you can see the general view of the whole area. One of the benefits of this particular neighborhood is a nearby river  - a great perk for relaxation and sports.

Creating a scene with lots of people talking and having a good time is one way to make the buildings look more approachable and interesting. Another thing is working with great light and adding lots of greenery.

In the visualizations, we wanted to show what the clients can expect when buying an apartment from the investor.  The nice green district is suitable for people who want to live in a quiet area surrounded by the nature.
