Skysawa

This unique, 155-meter tall skyscraper called Skysawa is currently building in Warsaw, Poland.

The sales of office and retail spaces started way before construction finished. Our collaboration with the real estate broker Colliers Poland focused on creating a digital experience reflective of visiting the two buildings comprising Skysaw.

We felt inspired by the care the architects from Polsko-Belgijska Pracownia Architektury approached the interplay of the two buildings with their surroundings, partially ultra-modern, partially going back to the 1980s.

Our deliverables also included a virtual tour. We created this in close collaboration with Collier's and their client, the building's developer PHN, and the architects - some of the interior designs.

In the end, we created a CGI journey through the surroundings and interiors of the building, which we used then to create varied formats for each of the client's marketing channels.
